How to Order a Replacement Diploma

Ordering a Replacement Diploma is easy. It can be requested in-person, by mail, or by fax. In all cases, your signature is required for release and all financial and administrative holds must be cleared on your student account before your request can be processed. There is a $30 fee per diploma charge. The fee includes mailing via U.S. Postal Service. International mail delivery is not available due to issues with unsuccessful delivery.  Diplomas take approximately six weeks to receive. Replacement orders are processed at the begining of each month.

 

Requests should include the following information (or use the Replacement Diploma Request Form*):

  • Full name (and former name used while attending Missouri S&T if different)
  • Missouri S&T student number (or Social Security number)
  • Date of birth
  • Approximate last term of enrollment
  • Degree awarded
  • Number of diplomas requested
  • Full address where the diploma is to be mailed

Faxed diploma requests must be paid by charging the diploma fee to your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card. Include your credit card number and expiration date with your request.

Diplomas are confidential and must be ordered by the student whose record is being requested.

The name on record is what will be printed on the diploma. If your name has changed since attending Missouri S&T and you wish to have the new name reflected on your diploma, please provide the legal name change documentation. All diplomas are printed with current signatures.
