It's a momentous occasion to rejoice in your achievements! Join your friends and fellow graduates at one of our commencement ceremonies, where your families, friends, faculty, and Miner community can celebrate with you.
Now, you may be wondering about the distinction between commencement and graduation. Graduation signifies that you have successfully met all the requirements to earn your degree. On the other hand, commencement is the ceremony we hold to commemorate and honor the accomplishments of our graduating students.

Look Your Best
All participants must wear a cap and gown to participate in the ceremony. You can purchase caps, gowns and other academic regalia from the S&T Store.
Next Steps
Receive Your Diploma and Final Transcripts
Your diploma and a final copy of your transcript will be mailed within eight weeks following commencement. Diplomas are mailed to the address you provided on your graduation application.
Cooperative Engineering Program Participants
Missouri S&T offers a few bachelor's degree programs in cooperation with Missouri State University. The degree is awarded by Missouri S&T in cooperation with that university.
Complete Student Loan Exit Counseling
Are you graduating soon with loans? You will need to complete your exit counseling session upon graduation.
