Permission numbers only allow you to enroll in the class. Students must still complete all prerequisites to remain enrolled in the class. If the student does not meet all prerequisites, the department teaching the course may allow you to remain in the class. That is department/instructor specific and any questions should be directed as such.
Who determines if I am dropped from my class?
The instructor has the final decision.

You will need to request another permission number from the department teaching the class.
What if I feel I was wrongly dropped from a course for lack of prerequisite?
You should contact the teaching department immediately to discuss why you were dropped.
