Important Dates, Deadlines, and Information

Spring Semester 2015

January 18 - Registration via Joe'SS ends, late fees assessed for registration after this date, and last day for 100% refund for dropped courses via Joe'SS

January 19 - MLK Day

January 20 - First day of classes and Add/Drop slips require signatures

January 26 - Last day for 90% refund of fees

February 2 - Last day for 70% refund of fees, last day to change pass/fail grading option, and last day to register

February 16 - Last day to notify office of May intent to graduate

February 23 - Last day for 50% refund of fees

March 2 - Last day to drop without a "WD" showing on transcript and last day to change to HEARER status

March 12-13 - Spring Recess

March 23-27 - Spring Break

March 23 - Mid-semester grades available to students

March 30 - Registration appointments for Spring 2015 semester begin

April 17 - Last day to drop a course and also withdrawing from school

May 8 - Last day of class

May 15 - Final examinations end and Friday commencement

May 16 - Saturday commencement

May 26 - Final grades available to students

Course Renumbering

Effective August 1, 2014, all course numbers have been converted to 4-digits.  To access our Online Course Renumbering Crosswalk, CLICK HERE.
