Scheduling of Facilities

The Office of the Registrar coordinates the use of academic facilities for academic (class-related) events. The Department of Student Life coordinates the use of the Havener Center and academic facilities used for non-academic events. A few offices schedule specific facilities (i.e. the Athletic Department schedules athletic facilities). For information about specific facilities contact the Department of Student Life (http://studentlife.mst.edu/reservations/, 573-341-4399).

Please use the reservation request forms linked below.  For a list of centrally scheduled academic facilities, click here.

If an assigned room is no longer needed, please notify the Office of the Registrar as soon as possible, as the demand for space on campus is high.
